BSA Events is a Conference and Group Accommodation service provider with specific focus on Sport Groups and Corporate Events.

We have been in the Hospitality Industry now for a number of years, and the quality and range of service has evolved over the years. BSA Events today offers an entire bouquet of services designed to make your next event as memorable as possible. From guidance in planning your event to booking accommodation, hotels, special offerings, etc., we take care of everything!

Our Team

We are a tight-knit team of professionals experienced in the tourism industry who combine our skills, experience and contacts to bring you a comprehensive set of conference and accommodation services. It would be no understatement to say that without any of our core members, our BSA Events wouldn’t be able to offer the comprehensive set of services it offers today.

Charl Heyns, CEO

Charl Heyns is one of the founding members of BSA Events. Having worked at different levels of the tourism industry, he realized that it was perhaps best that he started something on his own to offer customers the best combination of what he has learnt over the years. He collaborated with a small set of like-minded, qualified and experienced people, and the result was BSA Events. Charl today is responsible for the overall vision of BSA Events and for managing successful service delivery across all our locations.

Erica McDulling, Sales & Marketing

Erica has recently joined as a freelance business partner bringing over 20 years of sales and marketing experience from the legal and large hotel business specialising on group conferencing and accommodation, exhibitions, banquets, events. Erica was the choice key account manager for a number of high profile and profitable clients, at their request and one of her strengths is managing a diverse portfolio of clients and industry or governmental groups. Erica works with the client to building a clear and detailed understanding of requirements; solves big or small problems in awkward situations, at short notice; maintains a happy client and can  be relied on always to operate with integrity under difficult circumstances.

Kirsten Heyns, VP Operations

Kirsten is perhaps one of the most important people in the organization today. Every single Group that leaves for a trip, every customer that needs something specific, Kirsten knows about it. As Vice President, Operations, she is responsible for the smooth running of all activities within the organization. But it looks like that is hardly enough for her. a Mother of 2 boys and knows what’s happening in all our offices and has her fingers on the pulse of all transactions. She has slowly emerged as the single point of contact for all Ops-related information within the team. A Event Management veteran, Kirsten combines her leadership and people management skills to ensure seamless service delivery across the organization.
