Charl Heyns, Chief Executive Officer

Charl Heyns is one of the founding members of BSA Events. Having worked at different levels of the tourism industry, he realized that it was perhaps best that he started something on his own to offer customers the best combination of what he has learnt over the years. He collaborated with a small set of like-minded, qualified and experienced people, and the result was BSA Events. Charl today is responsible for the overall vision of BSA Events and for managing successful service delivery across all our locations.

Yolisa Dlamini, General Manager

Yolisa brings the knowledge and experience of working in the Hospitality Industry, along with the never-ending patience and politeness that is sometimes required to persuade people into action. Yolisa’s addition to the team has had a Zen like influence in making us a calmer, more serene group, which enables us to manage our OCD for perfection.

Lise la Diosa, Chief Marketing Officer

Lise is our Swiss Army Knife who can tackle any obstacle with swiftness and ease. She can foresee potential obstacles and challenges, and much like a Ninja, jumps into action with decisive authority. She likes to think of herself as miracle-worker, she loves a challenge and always makes the impossible, possible.

Esme van der Merwe, Sales Manager

Esme has to convert the fanciful and lofty concepts of the team into feasible realities. A background in sales and marketing keeps her grounded while her experiences in hotels and customer services keeps her work on point. Her friendly smile always brightens up everyone’s day in the office.
